• Appointment details — the condition you select, preferred date and time, and any message you write.
• Health information you choose to share — symptoms, reports or medicine lists you send by email or WhatsApp before a consultation.
• Consent — a record that you ticked the consent box on a form, with the date and time of submission.

Information Collected Automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit with the time spent on them.
• The page you submitted a form from and the website that referred you, so we know which enquiries need a reply.
• Cookie and similar identifiers used for analytics and spam protection (see section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To contact you back and confirm, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• To answer questions you ask by form, email or WhatsApp.
• To prepare for your consultation when you send reports in advance.
• To maintain clinic records as required for medical practice in India.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or automated abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages patients find useful so the website can be improved.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. Confidentiality of Health Information

Clinical information shared with the doctor — during a consultation or before it — is treated as confidential medical information under professional and ethical obligations that apply to registered medical practitioners in India. It is accessed only by the doctor and authorised clinic staff involved in your care, and is not disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where the law requires it.

4. Cookies & Third-Party Services

The website uses a small number of cookies and third-party services:

• Essential cookies — required for the website and its forms to function correctly.
• Analytics — aggregated statistics about visits and popular pages, used to improve the site. These do not identify you personally.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects the forms from automated spam. Its use is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.
• Google Maps — used to show the clinic location; loading the map involves a request to Google.
• WhatsApp — if you choose to chat, the conversation is carried on WhatsApp's platform and governed by their privacy policy.

• With clinic and reception staff who arrange appointments and manage records.

Enquiry and appointment records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and for as long as medical and statutory record-keeping requirements apply. Website analytics data is retained in aggregated form. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

• The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Form submissions are protected against automated abuse.
• Access to enquiry and clinical records is limited to authorised staff.
• Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are in place against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents you do not need to share.
