These Terms & Conditions govern your use of drksranganayakulu.com (the “website”), operated for the practice of Dr. K.S. Ranganayakulu, Consultant Diabetologist & Endocrinologist at True Med Diagnostics & Clinics, Kondapur, Hyderabad. 2. Appointments & Enquiries

  • Submitting the appointment form, a callback request or a WhatsApp message is a request — it is not a confirmed booking. Your slot is confirmed only when our reception contacts you.
  • Please provide accurate contact details. We are not responsible for a missed appointment caused by an incorrect phone number or email address.
  • Consultation timings are Mon – Sat: 10 AM – 8 PM  |  Sun: 10 AM – 1 PM and may change on public holidays or due to clinical emergencies.
  • Please inform the clinic in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the slot can be offered to another patient.
  • Do not send urgent clinical questions through the website, email or WhatsApp — these channels are not monitored around the clock.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
